02 Water Base

03 Process CMYK

Semitransparent ink pigments over a Water Base employ a CMYK printing method, blending Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black to create desirable colors as they’re printed. This process achieves an organic feel that can appear both machine-made and handcrafted, adding depth and character to the final product.

04 Simulation

This process utilizes Plastisol and Water Base inks, simulating the CMYK application process to print Super Realistic graphics using Halftones. Colors are precisely knocked out from each other, achieving a high level of precision. Primarily used on dark garments, as CMYK cannot be effectively imprinted on dark backgrounds, this technique ensures vibrant and accurate printing results.

05 Discharge

Discharge ink is specifically formulated to remove the dye color from fabric while simultaneously printing a new color in the area where the dye was removed. This water-based product is activated by adding an additive to the ink, which facilitates the removal of dye from the fabric. Discharge ink is highly effective on 100% cotton and is particularly excellent for use on dark-colored grounds.

06 Clear Gel

Plastisol-based Ink, enhanced with Clear Gel, imparts a glossy, reflective, and wet surface print look to designs. This special effect is often utilized for watermarks and other creative effects, providing a unique visual appeal. Additionally, the Clear Gel additive can result in a sticky sensation, adding a tactile element to the finished print.

07 High Density 

An effect created by the screen emulsion dept and during the curing process, high-density (HD) inks raise and create a three-dimensional, sharp-looking surface, adding depth and texture to designs. These inks can be raised to your desired height and width, allowing for customization according to your preferences.

08 Flex Lycra

Flex ink prints are specifically designed to stretch with the fabric, preventing cracks or creases when the material is stretched. These inks are commonly used on Performance Apparel such as sports jerseys, leggings, athletic uniforms, and activewear. Flex ink is ideal for fabrics like nylons, spandex, polyesters, rayons, and lycra, which have stretchable surfaces, ensuring durability and flexibility during wear and movement.

09 Nylon

Plastisol-based Nylon Ink is specifically tailored for apparel containing a large percentage of nylon material. It is ideal for products that are highly heat-sensitive, such as nylon jackets and windbreakers. This ink can be formulated to cure at different time lengths, allowing for adjustment to the product’s heat resistance while ensuring proper curing. This ensures that the print remains vibrant and durable without compromising the integrity of the fabric.

10 Puff

Puff ink is a plastisol-based ink that, when cured, raises to add density and a distinctive texture to your print. Similar to High Density ink, it creates a raised effect, but with a rounded surface, providing a unique visual and tactile appeal to the design.

11 Metallic Solid

Metallic ink is a plastisol-based ink that mimics the appearance of melted solid metal when printed onto the surface. It creates a flat-looking texture with a metallic sheen, adding a luxurious and eye-catching element to the design. Additionally, this ink is flexible to formulate, allowing it to be used in conjunction with other application types for various purposes when printing on different types of fabrications.

12 Metallic Shimmer

Metallic Flake ink is a plastisol-based ink that involves mixing a flat or colored metallic base with very small metallic flakes. By combining base colors and flake colors, we can create a visually striking multi-color surface with a metallic sheen. This ink adds depth and dimension to designs, resulting in a cool and eye-catching finish.
